Hot melt adhesive

There are mainly 5 application fields:
➤ Building heat-melt adhesive. Adhesives for construction are the largest consumer market segment.
➤ Packaged hot melt adhesive. The heat-melt adhesives used for packaging mainly include EVA heat-melt adhesive, polyester heat-melt adhesive, polyamide heat-melt adhesive, polyolefin heat-melt adhesive, and styrene-based block copolymer heat-melt adhesive, etc.
➤ Hot melt adhesive for wood processing. The application scope of hot melt adhesives has been expanded to include single board film assembly, furniture connection, wood veneer gluing, plastic and artificial board bonding, and edge sealing of wood products and packaging materials, mainly using EVA type hot melt adhesives and PUR type hot melt adhesives.
➤ Footwear manufacturing hot melt adhesive. In the footwear manufacturing industry, heat-melt adhesives are used in various processes such as making shoe uppers, binding uppers, bonding soles, making core parts, shaping main heels, and covering the toe caps. They are also employed in the materials used for making shoes.
➤ Automobile heat-melt adhesive. Mainly used for the bonding of car roofs (including the bonding of PVC roof seams, roof linings, sound insulation pads for the roof, and the bonding of arched reinforcement beams for the roof to the roof, etc.), the bonding of interior and exterior car decorations, and the welding and sealing of car body panels.
