Optical clear adhesive

It is mainly used for bonding optical transparent components. In the field of optical instruments, such as touch screen bonding, lenses, rangefinders, altimeters, telescopes, optical microscopes, projectors and magnifying glasses, etc., it can also be used for transparent bonding of automotive windshields and building window frame glass. Special applications include the connection of optical fibers.
Optical clear adhesives generally need to meet the following requirements:
➤  Colorless and transparent;
➤  The light transmittance within the specified wavelength range is greater than 95%, and the refractive index of the cured adhesive is similar to that of the bonded optical component;
➤  Do not dissolve or corrode optical glass;
➤  Good UV stability, no yellowing;
➤  Strong adhesion, no hygroscopicity;
➤  Room temperature or UV curing, convenient to use.
