Thermal adhesive

Thermal conductive adhesives are, in principle, similar to conductive adhesives. The addition amount of thermal conductive particles also needs to reach a volume fraction of 20% to 50% to have good thermal conductivity. To increase the thermal conductivity, maximum filling is often required. The mixing of spherical thermal conductive particles of different diameters is the key to achieving the best thermal conductivity and lower viscosity.
